Step 2: Selection
We review every application. If we see potential, we invite you for a conversation. Perfection comes with your sincerity and zeal.
Step 3: Practical Training on Live Projects
This is the core of the program. You work alongside our team on actual campaigns. What you build here goes live, reaches real audiences, and drives real results.
Step 4: Industry-Valid Certificate
Upon completion, you receive a Digital Marketing Internship Certificate from Dealintech, a registered digital marketing firm operating since 2016. This is a credential from a working agency, backed by real project experience.
Step 5: Your Career, Your Path
With practical skills, a portfolio of real work, and an industry-valid certificate, you are equipped to pursue your career wherever it takes you. Apply to agencies, join startups, freelance, or build your own brand. The skills are yours to keep.
The Program
Two Levels. One Goal.
Level 1
3-Month Internship
Every candidate begins here. You train on live projects, learn real digital marketing skills, and build your portfolio from scratch.
Certificate: Digital Marketing Internship Certificate
Level 2 – By Merit
6-Month Proficiency
If you demonstrate dedication, growth, and consistent quality during your first 3 months, we extend your program to 6 months with deeper project ownership and advanced responsibilities.
Certificate: Proficiency Certificate in Digital Marketing
The 6-month extension is earned. Show us what you are made of in the first 3 months.

Dealintech is a digital marketing firm, established in 2016. We train you to be industry-ready. Where your career goes after the program is your journey to own. Schedule and Eligibility
Flexible by Design
Work Schedule
Days: 5 days a week. You choose which 5 days work best for you, preferably Monday to Friday.
Hours: 5 hours a day. You choose your timings, but once selected, your schedule stays fixed for the entire program.
Mode: Work from our office in Hyderabad or remotely from anywhere in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Remote candidates need a laptop and a stable internet connection.
Eligibility
Education: Fresh graduates from any discipline
Location: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Experience: No prior marketing experience needed
Career gap: Welcome and encouraged to apply
